Thanks, Chuck, and in particular Ken for the clear comments. I wonder if
we could ask the CCT for a target date regarding the complete report and
indicate them a preference for expected council input and discussion
(e.g. Nairobi meeting). See my suggestion inserted.

Not seeing any volunteers for the OSC memberships, I asked Ken Bour to
prepare a draft response to the CCT WT's final recommendations document.
Ken attempted to incorporate the comments communicated on this list as
best as possible; some were easier that others.
 
Please review and comment on this document with the goal of finalizing
it for sending it to the CCT.  If you approve it, please state so.   If
possible, I would like to finish this task NLT than seven days from
today, 25 Nov 09.
