We accepted the OSC's recommendation to bifurcate the original report into two sections. Attached to this email is Report I-Technology Recommendations, which I hope the OSC will approve and forward to the GNSO Council. Report II, which will contain additional Communications and Coordination Recommendations, is still under development and will be submitted at a later date.
