I was on the work team and therefore do not have any more input than I
gave to the WT, so I am ready to send this to the Council. But I do
think that it would be good for OSC members who were not on the WT to
review and affirm that they think it is ready for review at the Council
level.

OSC Review - deadline Feb 11

Technically the adoption period is over for the attached.

But I am a little nervous that there was no feedback on this list.

A simple agree would be comforting.

I therefore propose an extension until February 11.

Review

For OSC comment and adoption - deadline 3 February

Attached on behalf of the Constituency & Stakeholder Group Operations
(CSG) Work Team are revised recommendations to develop a global outreach
program. The revisions are based on the discussion at the OSC meeting
in Cartagena and have been reviewed by the Work Team.

The report splits the proposed programmes into a more general and larger
section aimed at the public, and one aimed at those who may wish to
form a new constituency.
Thanks to Olga Cavalli and her team.
