Hi,

Not that there is necessarily a hurry, but why do we actually need the staff 
review?  While there may be a reason for Legal counsel to review to make sure 
that we still meet their requirements for Proxy, I think that  if policy staff 
is otherwise occupied I suggest we use our own best judgement.
