On 12 July David Maher requested a brief extension of this Public Comment Forum
to 23 July. The Structural Improvements Committee discussed the request.
Staff is extending the period to 23 July and the documents associated with this
forum should be appropriately modified by our web-admin team shortly to reflect
the new closing date.
