Dear ICANN,
Please reinstate the NCSG charter drafted by NCUC and supported by more than 80
noncommercial organizations and individuals in the April comment period.
The world is watching and expecting ICANN to live up to its promises of
bottom-up processes, accountability, and democracy.
I am urging the ICANN staff to adopt the consensus process not the "silo"
charter model.
