That is correct and now you know why I insisted that the Clearinghouse
could not be operated this way and that strict contracts would be needed
not only for support reasons, but also to ensure that the data collected
is heavily regulated.  ICANN cannot afford to be hands off.

information, that ICANN does not enter into contracts with approved UDRP
providers.
