Hello all,

I have prepared a very short agenda as follows. If anyone would like to add any 
items, please let me know.

1.     Roll call: who is on the call?

 

2.     Draft charter discussion.

A draft charter has been drawn up by Avri and Margie. It can be found on the 
dedicated wiki page at 
https://st.icann.org/vert-integration-pdp/index.cgi?vi_charter.

Discussion, changes, DT approval?

 

3.     Timeline for charter completion.

Can a charter be submitted to the GNSO Council at its Feb 18 meeting (possibly 
with an exception request for inclusion in that meeting's agenda, if the 8-day 
submission deadline cannot be met)?

 

4.     Timeline suggestions for PDP WG.

Are the milestones suggested in the draft charter realistic/workable?
