[gnso-vi-feb10] call for agenda items

hi all,

i think we'll pick up the agenda where we left off last week.  i'm keen to see 
if we can chart a course that will get us to a revised version of the report in 
time for Cartagena.  the pieces that go into that seem to be;

-- dealing with the public-comments (i remain highly skeptical that we can 
avoid turning those discussions into surrogates for the underlying debate -- 
we've covered this ground on several previous calls, so get inventive)

-- describing the way forward (i have an emerging feeling that this is just 
another topic that is a surrogate for the underlying log-jam)
