I support option 3 of the March 25, 2010, process options submitted by ICANN
for public comment. ICM never satisfied the requirements for a sponsored Top
Level domain. The ICANN Board denied ICM's application for .XXX Top Level
Domain in an open forum. Pease oppose this proposition to establish an XXX
domain.
