How can somebody be considered guilty and his property taken away before he has the right for a fair trial? And how come that the person owning the domain has to defend his right to own the domain against any single physical or juridical entity in the world? It's those who file the complaints who have to make a strong case against the domain owner first. And why just one examinor? Why not a commision or a jury? I too have a case with a domain infringing on a trademark of mine but this simply can't be the right way to solve the problem, it's too prone to errors...
