To whom it may concern, as both a business owner and domain registrant who 
respects all intellectual property I find the URS to be too far reaching and 
not in the best interest of all who register domains.

Each domain is its own story and if there is a dispute there needs to be a 
reasonable way to resolve it and not by taking a site down for a mere $200 
filing fee.  The UDRP provides at least the closest thing to a level playing 
field.
