Glen, the IDNABIS WG Chair, Vint Cerf announced earlier today some great news: 
the IDNA revised protocol drafts are now in the IETF Last Call.

I have attached all the drafts placed in Last Call by the IESG for your 
information so that you can share it with the GNSO constituencies.
