To whom it may concern,
I'm an analyst, consultant and service provider for the HR and Recruiting
space (among others).
As such I don't have anything to lose if the current SHRM and Employ media
proposed changes go through. If anything, it might drive more work to my
company.
Despite this I strongly object to the proposal and process as it stands with
SHRM and Employ.
The .jobs TLD implementation has failed in the marketplace. I believe it
should be done away with all together, not end up as an SEO play for any
party who has direct monetary benefit from potential changes. If the .jobs
domain continues to exist it needs to be administered by a trusted source
who does not stand to benefit by making changes to admin rules or process.
