Dear Carlton, dear Rinalia,
It makes me very happy that both of you have been selected for ICANN/ALAC
leadership.
I take the opportunity to share warm congratulations from my colleagues at
ICANN/NPOC and at the Global Knowledge Partnership Foundation.
We will need your leadership and networking in the years to come and please
be assured of our collaboration to improve the voice of NGOs at ICANN and
promote ICT4D globally.
