Dear Alain,

FUNDACION CHASQUINET was already accepted as a member and has been marked at 
active at this point based on communication I had with Klaus Stoll. 
Though in their application a different person had been list as secondary 
not that it matters for the vote.
FOCAL was rejected for membership, and Milton Mueller has brought up 
question regarding the current status of the organization having noted that 
it was being disbanded.
