Dear colleagues,

You will recall that Klaus and I met with Bill Graham and Bruce Tonkin from the
ICANN Board when we were in San José. Such informal and direct contact between
the NPOC Executive Committee and ICANN Board members is helpful in improving
communications and governance.

Can you please let me know your interest and preference with the suggested
teleconference and time as well as any agenda item you would like to raise.

Cheers, Alain

Dear Bill,

Yes, I remember and it still holds relevance. Let me consult with the NPOC
Executive Committee and get back to you.

Cheers, Alain

Hi Alain,

When Bruce and I met with the NPOC in San José, I believe the group said they
would be interested in having a between-meetings teleconference with us to fill
us in on your interests and concerns in advance of Prague. I've been in touch
with Bruce, and would like to suggest some possible times. Recognizing the
challenge of matching people in North America, Europe and Australia, here are
some suggestions that will work for me and might work for Bruce:

Thursday, 24 May at either 20:00 UTC

Wednesday, 30 May at either 21:00 UTC

Thursday, 31 May at either 21:00 UTC

If any of those 6 options would work for your group, please let me know, and I
will coordinate.

I have to add the standard disclaimer that only the Chairman of the Board is
authorized to speak for the Board, so neither Bruce or I are able to provide
you with any information that is not already publicly available; however,
obviously we are able to interact with you as individuals. That means that the
call would need to focus primarily on hearing NPOC interests and concerns.

best regards

Bill
