[npoc] Work in progress at the NCSG-EC

Dear all,

Following Toronto's NCSG-EC meeting:

1) Robin was to send a request to ICANN/GNSO Secretariat for admin support
ot NCSG-EC, inter alia, for membership management and on-line
communications and archiving, so that we could concentrate in general on SG
management not admin and website stuff. Can we get an update of any
progress on this please?

2) Milton and Klaus were to get together to make improvements to the
NCSG-EC membership application form. I know this has not happened. Klaus
has since drafted a proposal which I will circulate.

3) I find that having NCSG-EC list on IPJustice server services is not
transparent as the mail archives should be available to all at NCSG
members. Also it should be secured on an ICANN GNSO server.
