Please don't remove a price cap

If it is any indication of things to come, the www.tv registrar has
this on its web site:
http://www.tv/fr-def-c589ddba1069/en/care/care_overview.shtml

The following text on this page is really interesting:"For Premium .tv
Names with Annual Registration Fees of up to US $10,000, US $10,000
will be charged to your credit card at the time of registration."

Now who exactly could afford such prices besides corporation?
Individual web sites are what make the Internet so rich and diverse.
The web hosting prices have never been so low and competition is
encouraged because no single body can control prices. But if Network
Solutions can charge whatever it wants, what prevents it from opening
an eBay type domain auction service for renewals of domains?

If you think all this is ridiculous, look up the business.tv domain
name which is currently being sold at 1 million $ per year, you could
save a bundle (ahem) by renewing it for 5 years...
