Thanks to Liz for forwarding the BC statement. 

 

I apologize, I didn't send it to Glen for proper posting as noted, and have
asked that the Secretariat post it appropriately. During the call, the BC
representatives will be Alistair Dixon, Marilyn Cade and Mike Roberts.
Philip Sheppard has been reclused from BC representation.  We have asked
staff to correct the identification of the BC representatives accordingly,
and to also note that Mike Roberts is a full member, not an alternate.  

 

We will speak to the points, realizing that our contribution is delayed and
that members of the TF will be focused on reading the draft report provided
by ICANN staff. 

 

Our apologies for the delay in contribution. Like other busy Councilors, we
have been somewhat inundated with ICANN work and analysis of the Operational
Plan, preparation for Marrakech, and oh, yes, that day to day business
responsibility thing we all have going on for our "day" jobs.

My apologies for a technical glitch overnight which prevented the proper
distribution of these materials.

 

Please find attached three documents. The draft Preliminary Taskforce
Report, the draft agenda for the 6 June Taskforce meeting (the final agenda
will be agreed as the meeting begins) and the Business Constituency
Statement which I have received but which, as far as I can tell, has not
been submitted to the GNSO Secretariat for proper posting.

 

The GNSO Secretariat will send out dial in details for the 6 June call in a
separate email. I will set up a "Shinkuro Room" and send invitations to join
that room from the Shinkuro software.

 

Of course, please come back to me with any clarifications or questions.
