Dear Colleagues

I'll come back to you all with some alternate suggestions later in  
the morning after discussing with Glen.

If we can't work out a good alternate date very soon next week then  
we should proceed BUT we still need to know who is available or not  
for the proposed date for this week.

Please advise Glen off the list so we can work out what to do most  
efficiently.

PS  I have had a TF member volunteer to chair the meeting in  
Maureen's absence and that can be confirmed when we meet.
