You need to amend the prohibition from section 3.7.9 of the current RAA
agreement in the upcoming review.
Registrars are warehousing and speculating on expiring domains that they
capture before they ever make it to the free market. Tucows alone is
grabbing 6000-8000 domains a month.
Registrars must play on an even field and put all domains to an open
marketplace and compete for those domains at auction like everyone else.
Also, if you have done away with the 60 day transfer moratorium then please
enforce it with your registrars.
