voluntary vs. compulsory

Creating an xxx domain for pornography is a crucial issue to help thousands
of children.  To let such a
decision be decided by pornographers would be like leaving the proverbial
fox in charge of the hen house.

If the wellbeing of our children was a priority with them, they would not be
luring chidren to such sites in
the first place!

We need a law that all pornographic material can be identified.  The xxx
domain can do that.  It should be
mandatory and it should be strictly inforced.
