Hi Loren,

Once again I am trying to transfer my
accounts with you, that expire this
quarter, to godaddy.com.

Your response is an e-mail that says I
must click on a link to go to your
confirmation page. However, there is no
link to click on.

After searching the page and locating a
mouse-over in a blank area, I am taken
to a page (see attached screen print) to
a page that has only a prominent button
to NOT complete the transfer, with no
area to confirm the transfer.
I have also asked for an "authorization
code", and as indicated by the screen
print attached, the reply states that a
code has been sent, but no code was
received. ( Note also that there are
large areas of the screen that probably
have failed Java code, and that the name
of the domain requested to be changed
does not appear for confirmation.)

Also, I tried a link called " Move
Domain To Another Account". That link
also does not work. It asks for a
password, without saying password to
what account, and after trying several
that might apply, all were rejected.

I am trying to move the following
domains that we host to Dotster:

SANKATYAVIATION.COM
THUMBSLINKXXX.COM
WEBWRITERCFM.COM
XXXLINKSHOW.COM
MYTRAVELINGOFFICE.NET
SFLA.US
TAMIAMIAEROCLUB.ORG

I believe Dotster is intentionally
trying to obstruct our ability to manage
these domains. Please show that I am
mistaken by allowing the transfers.

Hi David,

Thank you for your email. I wanted to
let you know in case you change your
mind that you can sort your domain list
by expiration date or registration
date. Within your account there is a
link called 'advanced domain search'.
Once you click on this link you will see
your sort options. We will be
adding more very soon, including an
alphabetical option. I can also set
your account up to match GoDaddy's
prices and services. Just let me know
if
you change your mind and I'll get your
account set up right away.

-Loren

Hi Loren;

Yes, I expect to transfer my Domains to
Go Daddy.
It's not the new registratione fees, but
the renewal fees that I need
to save, but more important is the
difficulty in managing my domains on
your website. Particularly the display
of domains, that are not in
any order, much less the inability to
sort them by name or renewal
date.

  Dear Dotster customer,

  Our records indicate you are
transferring domains away from our
service to Go Daddy Software, Inc.. I
would like to take this
opportunity to offer you discounted
pricing on your account for all new
.com, .net, .org, .info, .us, and .biz
registrations and renewals. I
can also offer you a discount on all
transfers. If this interests you
or you are transferring your domains for
any other reason I would still
like to take this opportunity to retain
you as a customer if possible.
If you are happy with the new pricing we
can cancel your transfer and
you can renew at the new rate. I have
included my contact information
below. Please do not hesitate to
contact me to discuss your account.
