Hi,

i just dont want to waste time which could be used for serious problems. The
whois-discussion is a phantom-discussion, because I bet that most
administrators are happy with whois AS IT IS.

Phonenumbers and faxnumbers should stay optional. Postal addresses should be
necessary. Real names should be necessary too. If the contact is a company,
a person (human being) still is necessary. Email address for contact IS
necessary.

Noone needs more. But on the other hand this is the absolute minimum.

Persons who intentionally have wrong information (e.g. fantasy names and
such) in the whois-records of their domains should lose the right to hold
the domain.

Sincerely

Simon Lange

Senior Administrator for more than 20 years.
