The Review Team expresses its deep gratitude for all contributions made in this
process. Realizing that considerable time and effort has been offered by the
contributors when conveying their experience and insights in this way, the
Review Team is particularly appreciative of receiving them. The comments will
be of prime importance for the Review Team's further work and recommendations,
and also represent a great resource of cross-community thinking on the issues
