See this link where Tucows presented their disagreement with the whole Sunrise/IP Claim privilege, earlier in the ICANN "Working Group B" deliberations before the Sunrise policy was enacted.

Since Tucows is philosophically opposed, Tucows has no interest in disciplining sub-registrars.

We, the Public registrants, are all guinea pigs in this process. ICANN will review the .info Sunrise problems later, in hindsight, to determine whether special accommodations should be made for IP interests in other future new gTLD releases.  So scream and shout. It won't help that much for ".info", but it might help for ".shop" and ".travel".
