It was taken outside of the Sunrise Period - it looks like to get around the rules.

So I would argue it was certainly taken in 'bad faith' - for self interest only.

They cannot decide some words are allowed to be trademarks and others are not.

It is unlawful - how are trademarks 'SEARCH' ever supposed to use their mark on the Internet?

It is unfair - UK trademarks 'SEARCH'; 1056333, 1109576, 1291170, 1380291, 1380292, 1436692, 1436693, & 1459763 will be VERY ANGRY.

Have not checked 'SEARCH' out in any of the other 200+ countries.

Problem being - Your challenge would then put 'SEARCH.info' in Landrush 2 and generate even more profit for them.

The crooks in authority have been caught out.
