Complaining on this board is futile, as is believing that
tm squatters will lose their names. Challenging, (a very conservative estimate of),
35,000 bogus trademarks, will cost a whopping 9 million dollars. Nearly everyone,
including ICANN accredited registrars, petty criminals from around the world, and
even Afilas and its directors themselves, participated in this Great Domain Robbery.
In addition, many of the domain thefts, such as registrar reserved names and afilias
reserved names, have been sanctioned by ICANN itself. Having said that ICANN and
Afilias engineered this pro-criminal , pro-crony policy, it appears that they have
neither the will nor the ability to sort out this mess.
