Tucows will manage its own queue...but will ALSO be 'leasing' another 4
registrar queues - so in essence they are completely different submissions.

Unfortunately we have signed confidentiality agreements with the other
registrars and as a result, I am unable to share this information. However,
you will be able to see who they are once the domains are successfully
registered.
