That would make sense. I'm suspicious of register.com - the queue couldn't have been that big if they were only accepting 1 application per name, yet statistically next to nothing has come up for me. As for tucows, i understood that each of their open source partners were accepting their own queues which then got subitted in one big tucows list. I didn't think it was worth registering with that, since it's like you have to go through 2 randomisation processes.
