Subject:	Does anyone have a dictionary?

Afilias's web site insists that they are in "real-time" processing.  One registrar just told me that Afilias has informed registrars that it is "batch processing."  Another just told me Afilias is still processing in "qeues." Since when does real-time equal batch processing equal qeue.  Can't Afilias at least bring itself to not lie outright on its web site?
