I know the ".com" version actually works, because they registered it too, but the primary address of the IcannWatch site is icannwatch.org, since it's a noncommercial site.  People citing it with the .com address as you did triggers a pet peeve of mine, getting me to rail once again against the empty-headedness of all the clueless folks who seem to think everything is or ought to be at a .com address, whether it's in any way commercial...
