I have .info domains with GoDaddy and register.com.  GoDaddy lets me make name server changes which show up right away.  It lets me make contact changes also, for the domain which I registered after the landrush, but not for the one I registered during landrush, which it says is still restricted from such changes (even though the "locked" line has been taken off "WHOIS").  Register.com still won't let me make name server or contact changes directly, but they will do it if you email their customer service and ask them.  You can also set up DNS entries directly with register.com if you leave the nameservers at their defaults -- that part of the web panel works.
