In reality, the vast majority of .BIZ registrations are affected by this ruling - that is one **may** be due a refund, *even* if their .BIZ name was *not* challenged, for the excess number of chances they purchased. So for example, if one purchased 5 chances at $5.00 each for a .BIZ domain they "won", they would still be due a refund of at least $20.00 for the 4 excess chances they had purchased. Bottom line is that even the .BIZ "winners" may be due a refund...stay tuned!
