Have you checked the names of board members in Dot USA?

ICANN may have some friends on there.

In my considered and informed opinion, ICANN are corrupt.

Even though America has .us - they may accept .usa despite the possibility of 'consumer confusion' between the two.

'consumer confusion' is one of the EXCUSES why authorities take away similar sounding or spelt domain names from owners.

ICANN accept .biz even though Belize had .bz - so precedant set for allowing .usa TLD.

Also there was already a .biz TLD running on Alt Root - that had first use in commerce.

You can see from this, that 'consumer confusion' is allowed - when the authorities bring it about.
