There are now three dot-biz namespaces on the internet: 1. Winstar's dot-biz [the original dot-biz]; 2. ARNI's dot-biz [awarded by ORSC at Winstar's expense]; 3. Neulevel's dot-biz [awarded by ICANN]. Alt root dot-biz registries and registrants [both in the Winstar root and the ARNI root] should consider joint venture with main-root dot-biz counterparts.
