Subject: Their tm is likely ******* Capital - therefore

they cannot claim *******.

It is called overreaching their trademark.

Check out ******* on a couple of trademark databases and record companies using it.

Ask ******* Capital if they are claiming ******* over these companies.

If they say yes - tell them it is against 'unfair competition' law, to use your trademark to gain advantage over another.

If they say no - tell them goodbye.

Check this out with TM lawyer - the above is opinion based on reading stuff on USPTO, UK Patent Office and countless other sites.
