The name isn't particularly valuable anyway:
(i) I live in NZ and have worked for an ISP for five years
and have never heard of this name so it's not "one of the most popular domains in
New Zealand" as you claim.
(ii) it would be extremely confusing to users because
it looks like an incomplete address and so generic it would be hard to remember.
(iii)
What's your traffic levels anyway?
Finally I'm sure the REAL webmaster of ICANN
would have something to say about you posing as him/her on here, abeit with the username
'1CANN'.
