Everybody has the same right to use any word as the next person - nobody is more 'deserving' than any other.

Which is why I am against UDRP in open TLDs - it abridges free speech, so it violates First Amendment.

Which is why I am against Sunrise in open TLDs - it abridges free speech, so violates First Amendment.

In a free society, we all have the right to use words for whatever purpose we like.

Though I do understand what you mean here - all this bull* is meant to give trademarks priority before everyone else.

It is all bull* - I do not know how many times I have said that.

If you contact Hawaiian authorities, they will likely challenge this domain.

This would add further weight to the argument of ICANN and WIPO - they would use Hawaii.info, along with SouthAfrica.com, to bring in new laws to 'steal' these domains from people in UDRP.

Indeed, I know this sounds stupid, ICANN may put in objection themselves.

Well that is what I think - please tell me if you agree Jason - and if it is a price worth paying?

Looks like your cut n paste from app did not get all text.
