New.Net Has Raised the Bar Aspiring TLD developers might want to look at New.Net and develop a check-list of what is considered essential in today's market. When IBM introduced the original PC, they raised the bar for all PC manufacturers. No longer could companies ship computers without the similar level of finish as the IBM PC. People even had to upgrade their documentation to the little binders which indicated that someone had taken the time to document the IBM PC. Things that would likely appear on the check-list. 1.
