People asked for facts....those are facts.... How do you count the votes from the RSCs ? BTW... People in Florida wanted only one County to be counted. Rumor has it that George W. would like a re-count to see if Al Gore did not in fact win... :-) Getting back to the topics here. The TLDs are developed. They enter an Early Experimental Phase. If they catch on, they enter a Proof-of-Concept Phase (where .BIZ is now), and if they really catch on, they move to Full Deployment. ICANN just does the Proof-of-Concept phase. It is similar to a market trial or test. What phase is .WEB in ?
