I have at least one domain with Registrars.com...guess
it's time to move it out...?Same type of thing happened with GreatDomains. Within
days of GreatDomains being acquired by VeriSign, their service went from excellent
personalized service to the typical VeriSign/Netsol service - no one answering phones,
automated only email, etc :-(
Sometimes I wonder if VeriSign really cares about
making money at all...one needs to keep in mind that Science Applications International
Corporation (SAIC) holds a significant interest in VeriSign along with other companies
that deal in critical internet infrastructure - and when a company like the SAIC
gets lots of "black budget" money and government contracts, why worry about providing
service...I think that's the mentality that afflicts many folks at VeriSign.
