      ...did they take all the popular Queensland names?

      No! The same usual scum got in for a profit!

Eg: Marc Gough (aka Mr Scum, of "eAgency Pty Limited" aka "The Scamsters", who have STOLEN with FALSE TRADEMARKS most of Australia, and join the legions of greedy scamsters who will lead to the total irrelevance of .info) {among others: "queensland.info"}

Eg: Andrew Wright (of "baikaloff wright" - some dodgy Ad company? (not even a real business name) who used FALSE TRADEMARK to register "brisbane.info").

...what good is a government taking some departmental names when the entire .info namespace is rendered irrelevant by thieves?

BTW: Have fun living in a country whose voters are about to get what they deserve - another dose of Little Johnny! Smart? Maybe for sheep!

NB: Has any registry to date been as spectacularly successful in implementing the slowest possible web servers for their general pages and whois servers as has afilias? Imagine how slow their IN-ADDR-OUT-OF-LUCK servers are!

United in Greed
