will, unfortunately, be many) prior to their important launch.But, Neulevel knows
that it has to do this before Wednesday 00:00 EST so that live registrations can
effectively proceed.
One hour before would be too late as it may raise a ruckus.
5 hours would be the minimum to deflect accusations of last minute notification.
12
hours prior is also a distinct possibility, just after lunch, New York time.
