Subject:	registrar says no DNS changes for Land Rush for 60 days ??

I have been able to successfully change DNS for my Land Rush .info names for many registrars, but one says that it is Afilias policy not to allow this for 60 days. Afilias policy says: "Similarly, names registered in the Start-up Period ("land rush") may not be transferred to another registrant until sixty (60) days after the conclusion of the Start-up Period (which ended October 1, 2001)." I believe that this applies to ownership transfers, not DNS. Have any of you encoutered this?  What do you think?
