Actually I've just checked the original Sunrise database, and Florian Schweitzer DID originally get this domain in his name, and it's STILL in his name, even though the WIPO site indicates that the name has been challenged and transferred. So I can't work this one out yet! The previous comments I made (about failure to alter TM data) still apply in some other cases, like football.info and scores.info... you can't tell if the successful challenger is legitimate or not, because the TM details are still those of the original applicant
