Hello I recently came to this website.
I registered trademarks in the Sunrise
time. I wasn't sure what to do when I registered them and I couldn't understand all
the fine printing in the contracts.
Then I saw that everyone was registering names
without any trademarks (these were the final weeks) and I was thinking that Afilias
had loosed the rules. This was because other people did set trade
marks as 'none'
or 'nothing' and used occasional numbers.
I am extremely apologetic for what I
have done. I approached Afilias and they explained to me that I probably will lose
the names somehow. I spent over 3,000 Euro therefore I estimate that I earn
punishment. Anyway I am nevertheless sad.
