MAIN POINT OF POST ABOVE: Obviously, I have no objections to the restricted TLD of .movie - just that I object that they ride rough-shod over peoples rights.

Onto the sub-topic: The greed of big business knows no bounds. They put you on the streets, getting rid of peoples jobs, to increase the profit line - or by moving factory to third world cheap labour country.

They now have CD copy prevention so you cannot have fair use of your goods that you just paid 10-13 UKP each for (15-20 USD). The insurance companies have loss adjusters to take more money from you, when you need it most - after a tragedy.

Profit comes before worker safety. This is also from personal experience - I had bad industrial injury when 17. Putting a guard on the machine would have slowed down production.
