Subject: Good - we don't need more burger joints

Message:

Burger consumption is down, significantly, over the past 10 years. It's clear that consumer demand is decreasing.

By following your logic, we should prohibit new competition in burger joints.

This holds true for just about every business and consumer good today.

Demand does not, should not, and can not mean that new entries into the market are prohibited. If you don't want to buy a new domain, then don't.

But to prohibit new competition is both wrong and illegal.

The only ones who want to do this are the trademark lobby and those who want to maintain their value in their artificially scarse domains.
